Mercer completes NAA Education Institute's Graduate
Personal Property Appraiser designation
Overland Park, Kan. -Daniel Mercer in
Phoenix, AZ has completed courses to receive the National Auctioneers
Association (NAA) Education Institute's Graduate Personal Property Appraiser
(GPPA) designation.
The GPPA program is designed
to educate auctioneers on the responsibilities of appraisal. Auctioneers who have the GPPA designation
learn guidelines and regulations regarding the appraisal of property. The GPPA designation requires the completion of
twenty eight hours of classroom instruction and an appraisal report.
Daniel Mercer has been active in the auction industry for over 17
years. Dan has traveled extensively
providing auctions and auction related services to clients throughout the
United States. Dan feels his greatest asset is; his overall understanding of
the entire auction process. He has had the opportunity to work behind some of
the best in the business. Over the years he has gained a tremendous about of knowledge
surrounding the auction industry. Whether it is securing a contract, marketing,
site prep, appraisals, customer service or calling the bids; Dan can do it, and
do it very well!
In addition to the GPPA, the NAA's Education Institute offers
designation for Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI), Benefit Auctioneer
Specialist (BAS), Certified Estate
Specialist (CES), Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate (AARE) as well as various
certificate programs.
